Article 2. Publication director
The publication director of the Services, within the meaning of Article 6, III of the LCEN (French Act on Confidence in the Digital Economy) and Article 93-2 of Act No. 82-652 of 29 July 1982 on audiovisual communication, is the association's legal representative, Jean-Charles Mogenier, in his capacity as President.

Article 4. Intellectual property
All elements making up the Services — in particular their structure, their texts, their graphic charter, their interface, their databases, as well as the films and content produced by the association — are protected under intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of KJC Productions or its partners, unless stated otherwise.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of KJC Productions, is prohibited and is liable to constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 and L.335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The names "Aurore", "KJC" and "We Are KJC" are used by KJC Productions to identify its services.
Content submitted by users remains the property of its author, subject to the internal-use licence described in the Terms of use and the Privacy policy.

The processing of personal data carried out in connection with the Services is described in the Privacy policy, available on the site. Any request relating to personal data or to the exercise of the rights provided for by the applicable regulations may be sent to contact@wearekjc.com.
